Obedience Training
Structured training sessions focused on building clear communication, reliability, and engagement. Covers foundational obedience as well as behavioural refinement, tailored to each dog’s needs and current level.
House Sitting
Overnight house sitting ensures your home and pets are cared for while you’re away. Your dog’s routine, exercise, and companionship are maintained in a familiar environment, helping to reduce stress and separation anxiety.
Pet Sitting
In-home care provided to maintain comfort and consistency without the use of kennels. Ideal for pets that do best in their own environment while still receiving attentive, reliable care.
Dog Walking
Regular walks provide essential mental stimulation, socialisation, and opportunities to reinforce training. A structured walk helps reduce hyperactivity, discourage pulling, and provides a healthy outlet for energy.

Obedience Training

Covers foundational obedience as well as behavioural refinement, tailored to each dog's needs and current level.

Pet Care & Housesitting

Overnight Housesitting
R420 per day
Minimum 2 days / 1 night
10% discount for bookings of 14 days or more

R350 half day (≤5 hours)
R400 full day (>5 hours)
Maximum of two dogs can be accommodated

Walking & Running

45–60 Minute Walk or Run

R200 for first dog
R70 per additional dog (max 3)
Foundational Training Practised (Sit, Stand, Down, Recall, On Leash Walking)
Dogs are matched by size, skills/training and/or energy levels

It is recommended to further continue foundational training at home to make walks easier for dog and walker.

The Tesem

The Tesem was the ancient Egyptian hunting dog, a lean and athletic type seen in early carvings and wall art. The name literally meant hunting dog in ancient Egyptian. Tesems were known for their long legs, upright ears and curled tails. They worked closely with people as hunters, guards and companions. This close working partnership is the inspiration behind Tesem Dog Training today.
